Waste as Art / Year 7 Project Reflection What was your final piece? Describe it. My final piece was  the skyline of Dubai with a sunset background. What Elements of Art are visible within your final piece? How do you know they are there? Describe at least three of them.   the elements of art visible within my final piece are : line-for the outline of the buildings. colour-for the sunset gradient. space-space between background and buildings. shape is present in the shape of the buildings. How did you use waste to make art ? What processes did you go through to create your final piece? Did you have an experiments, discussions, sketches, research? What recycled materials did you use? I started of with painting the sunset with the colours Red, Orange and Yellow. After that I took a pen and started drawing the skylines outline with a ruler. Toilet roll art  Dubai skyline Task 2: Where have you used the Elements of Art in your artwork and how? Shape- Shape is present in the shape of the buildings. Colour-  Colour has been used for the background to make a gradient with yellow orange and red. Line- The basic outline of the buildings before i painted with black. Space- The space between the buildings and sunset background.

1.what is texture? texture is when you use you pencil to create different strokes that makes your object look 3D. 2.smooth, bumpy, soft, Flat, polished,  rough, coarse, Hairy, sticky,  hard, Shiny, glossy, reflective,  matte ,fluffy, furry. 3. 4. 5. The textures in this drawing are: shiny, smooth and rough in some parts: the textures in this drawing are : fluffy, soft and furry.

I was not able to paste the picture so im just going to write the colours. van gogh painting Yellow-sand Blue-sky and boat Red-boat Franz  mark painting Green- grass Purple-looks like some sort of flowers. Orange-also some sort of flowers.  My blog isn't letting me upload a picture of the colour wheel I made so I will share it with you via google docs.
