shaded shoe

Thursday May 7 shoe drawing without shading and with shading. what did I do ? I first started of with mapping the areas that are darker than the others.then i took my pencil and started colouring the shoe in with the side of the pencil to avoid scratchy lines.Next i took my blending tools(tortillions) and i blended the graphite. what went well?i had a-lot of fun shading in the shoe and i am happy about the way it turned out. even better if? It would have been even better if i maybe used lighter shading because most of the areas I shaded in are very dark. this is not the best i could do and i would love to revisit this and try it again.Im not the best at drawing objects i prefer drawing things that move such as animals and humans.

Waste as Art / Year 7 Project Reflection What was your final piece? Describe it. My final piece was  the skyline of Dubai with a sunset background. What Elements of Art are visible within your final piece? How do you know they are there? Describe at least three of them.   the elements of art visible within my final piece are : line-for the outline of the buildings. colour-for the sunset gradient. space-space between background and buildings. shape is present in the shape of the buildings.
